I just absolutely had to share this incredible birthday cake that some friends of a woman I met at a conference last year, made her. The picture itself is a couple of years old and they were revisiting the nostalgia of it for her recent birthday but I had to make sure the world knew that Samantha Gascan has awesome friends for creating this. The "smoke" effect comes from dry ice and water in a cup at the top of the cake itself.
